Founder Robin van de Ven, gained extensive experience after setting up and developping Data Analytics and Business Intelligence in a large global organisation comprising of Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Credit Collection, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Quality Control, IT, Ecommerce, Recruitment, Human Resources and Training over a period of 16 years.
It all started after indentifying many manual tasks, performed in excel could be automated. It drastically reduced admin workload and allowed supervisors to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
With a few simple interventions, the result was:

After automating most manual repetitive workload, the quality of the data was investigated and a lot of dirty unusable data found: - Inconsistent formatting (phone numbers with special characters);
- Invalid email addresses;
- Corrupt addresses;
- Duplicate customer accounts;
- Etc...
In order to provide reliable reporting to management this would have to be cleansed and kept clean. The main source of the issue was that data entry systems allowed the user to enter corrupt data. The fix was to restrict the systems and guide the user to enter correct data through a short guidance message.
A simple commission system can be introduced for capturing valid phone numbers and email addresses, allowing the company to contact more customers for Sales, Marketing and Credit Control purposes.
Once data was clean and the influx of clean data was increased an interactive reporting dashboard was build. Each user within the organisation was now being provided with their own report and application suite, based on their role within the organisation, having all business tools available through 1 webpage. This transparency contributed to further increase of morale, revenue and profit.
